El Paso, TX – Professional Document Systems announced today the start of a major document scanning services contract with the Human Resources Department at Alamogordo Public Schools.  The contract entails the organization, scanning, indexing and importation of over 250,000 Human Resource record files.

Following an in-depth document analysis, PDS recommended their outsourced scanning service coupled with the installation of the ClickScan document management system.    All scanned files will be imported into ClickScan for safe, secure document storage and access.
